By accessing or using WishWise AI ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Platform.

2. Description of Service

WishWise AI provides an AI-powered festival wishes platform that enables users to:

• Create and send personalized wishes for festivals, birthdays, and special occasions
• Manage contacts and schedule automated wishes
• Generate AI-powered wish messages and images
• Send wishes via multiple channels (Email, SMS, WhatsApp)
• Access business features for corporate use

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

You must create an account to use our services. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or promotional content without consent
• Use the platform for illegal or harmful purposes
• Send offensive, discriminatory, or harassing content
• Attempt to bypass security measures or access unauthorized data
• Use automated systems to access the platform without permission
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing

Our pricing is displayed on the platform. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

5.2 Subscriptions

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard.

5.3 Refunds

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact support within 7 days of purchase for refund consideration.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of WishWise AI are owned by Rostan Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you create but grant us a license to use it for providing our services.

7. API Usage

If you use our API:

• You must keep your API keys secure and confidential
• You are responsible for all activity under your API keys
• Rate limits must be respected
• API access may be revoked for violations

8. Limitation of Liability

WishWise AI is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time through the dashboard settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Delhi, India.
